Whether it’s a tail-wagging reunion or a first-time visit, every pup is welcomed like family. This is a place where dogs feel safe, seen, and genuinely loved.

We have a process for dogs to join our daycare. Not all dogs are a fit and we are selective with new dogs joining the pack. Pack harmony is integral to dogs thriving here at Urban Tailz.
Yes! Please provide instructions, we can accommodate whatever your dog needs.
We can administer medication including injections if needed.
No, we do not have toys as some dogs may become possessive. We encourage play with the other dogs. We have kennels, blankets, crates, and pillows. Please do not bring these items as the pack will often try to mark items that don’t smell like they come from here.
We welcome dogs under one year of age! However, if a male pup shows signs of sexual maturity before turning one, he’ll need to take a break from attendance until he’s neutered. For safety and comfort, females in heat are not permitted to attend.
Daycare Hours:
Drop-off is available anytime after 6:30 AM, and pick-up is required by 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
We also offer select Saturday daycare from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
We stick closely to our schedule to keep things calm, safe, and predictable for the pack.Daycare Cancellation Policy:
We require 72 hours’ notice for all daycare cancellations. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled visit, the full fee will still apply. Invoices are sent out every Friday.
Important Note:
To ensure availability for all clients, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings for those with repeated late cancellations.Yes, we require proof of vaccinations. Bortadella and rabies are a must.
During your initial visit, you'll have a full tour of our facility so you can see exactly where your dog will spend their time. We’ll keep you updated with photos and messages throughout their stay, and you’ll always have direct access to us if you need anything. For the safety and consistency of our pack, only Urban Tailz staff are permitted in the play areas.
