Urban Tailz operates a pet services business and online store offering dog daycare, boarding, holistic wellness services, and branded merchandise. These terms apply to all site visitors, customers, and users.

 

2. Use of the Website

By using this site, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal parental or guardian consent.

• You will not use the site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

• All information you provide is accurate and up to date.

 

3. Services & Bookings

All bookings must be made in advance via urbantailzt.k@gmail.com. No walk-ins are accepted. By booking, you agree to abide by our policies regarding drop-off/pick-up times, health requirements, cancellation, and payment terms.

 

Cancellations

• Daycare: 72-hour cancellation policy. If cancelled at or after this window, full payment is required.

• Boarding: Full payment is due two weeks in advance. No refunds are provided for cancellations after that point.

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who consistently cancel or fail to follow policy.

 

4. Merchandise Sales

Orders & Pre-Orders

All merchandise sales are final. Pre-orders will be fulfilled based on the timeline stated at checkout or in product descriptions.

 

Shipping

A flat rate of $10.00 applies to all orders shipped within Canada. Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

 

Refunds

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If this occurs, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product.

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.

 

6. Intellectual Property

Services like animal communication and Reiki are offered for the purpose of emotional connection and wellness support. They are not substitutes for professional veterinary care. Always consult with your veterinarian regarding medical concerns.
